Home visits are not part of our regular practice; however, we will make exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
We will not be managing your healthcare while hospitalized as you will have a team of doctors and nurses managing your care there. We will, however, ensure a smooth transition of care when you leave the hospital, coordinate follow-up care, and offer relevant support in a timely and coordinated manner.
