We have done away with “volume” health care and overbooking of provider schedules. At People-Centered Health you will always see a Board Certified physician, with the training and expertise to manage a wide array of health conditions, who has the time to closely collaborate in the management of chronic disease, and ensure preventative care is part of the overall health plan.
Your health is the foundation of your well-being. You have our commitment in providing you with the care and guidance to achieve your optimal health so you may live a full and productive life.
Although children are not eligible to become members at this time, we remain available to provide care for acute concerns at no additional cost when a visit to their pediatrician is not feasible.
We invite you to make an appointment to learn about our practice and our personalized approach to healthcare centered around you. We allocate 45 minutes to go over all your questions and expand on what our services offer.
This is your initial appointment, which is focused on getting to know you and becoming a partner in your health. These appointments are 1.5 hours in order to allow the time necessary to establish a high-quality experience. We will discuss your medical history, family history, and closely examine your overall health.
